Heilongjiang Province, referred to as "Hei" for short. The provincial capital is Harbin located in the northeast region's north. It covers an area of 460,000 square kilometers. West is Songnen Plain, northeast is Sanjiang Plain, north and southeast are mountains. It has a Long and cold winter and short cool summer. It is the main production base of China's timber, oil, soybeans, sugar beets, flax and the production ranked first in the country. Coal, gold, rolling stock, machinery, mining equipment also plays an important role in the economy.
